2009 On-line Pre-Registration


 Please send an email to Dorothy Austin to Pre-Register for the 2009 Bothell Pony/Colt tryouts.

Please include the following:

 Player Name
 Phone #
 Age
 Birthdate

 After Pre-Registering, you must still fill out and turn in the Registration Form, medical release, a copy of your son's Birth Certificate, and your player fees. Feel free to mail them in early to the league or bring them to the tryouts.
